  • 4 slice Whole wheat Bread

  • 100 gms of Butter/Olive oil

  • 4 Garlic Clove minced

  • 1 tsp dried Thyme

  • 1 tsp dried Oregano


  1. Take a bowl, add butter and melt half way using the microwave.

  2. Then add garlic clove, dried thyme, dried oregano and black pepper(optional) and stir well. Here it should be a fine paste.

  3. Now spread the butter paste on one side of the bread. And place toast in a flat Pan/Sandwich Maker.

  4. Once the toast turns golden yellow. Serve with Soup/Boiled Eggs and Juice/Tea.
