500 gm Chicken Cubes (boneless)
4 tbsp Yogurt/Curd
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 tsp red Chili
Salt to taste
2 tbsp Tandoori Masala
3 pinch Red Food Coloring
4 tbsp Butter/oil for brushing
Take a bowl and add yogurt, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, tandoori masala and red food coloring. Mix well and make a paste.
Add chicken and rub the masala paste over it. Set aside in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Soak the skewers in water for half an hour.
Then thread the chicken into the skewers and rest it for 10 minutes. This will remove the excess marinate.
Meanwhile, preheat the tandoor pan for 10 minutes. Place the threaded chicken and cook for 15 minutes on both sides.
Once the chicken turns to golden red it's ready to be served.
