It's one of the most simple and quick recipe yet a rich and a delightful dessert and a filling porridge. This makes a very quick one to prepare for iftar during Ramadan and is also a healthy version feeling light after Iftar.
Mom used to prepare this yummy kanji for evenings after schools or for guests and also on some special occasions. The ingredients are easily available at home and hence can be made in a jiffy any time you have guests.
Try it out during this ramadan and post your comments :).
