Prawn is a common name for small aquatic crustaceans. Prawns are a good source of protein content and have high nutritional value.
"This is one of my simple recipes for Prawns Masala with zero oil. It goes great with any rice or rotis and can be quickly made with ease."
500 gm prawns
1 tsp Red Chili Powder
½ tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Pepper powder
1 tsp Garam masala
1 tsp Salt
1 cup Water
Just marinate the cleaned and washed prawns with a tsp of chili powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder and lil garam masala. Add salt to taste and keep aside for 30 mins.
In a Non Stick pan, add the marinated prawns and 1 cup of water and cook till the water has evaporated and the prawns are cooked for around 10 mins.
When the water is dried, switch off the stove and serve hot with rice.
