Omelette is a basic dish made out of beaten eggs and eaten across the country. The omelette commonly includes finely chopped green chili peppers and onions (or shallots), finely chopped fresh green coriander, salt, and zeera (cumin). Variations include grated coconut, ground black pepper, curry leaves, and finely chopped tomatoes. Cheese may also be added. The egg mixture is whisked until fluffy and then cooked on a skillet / tawa.
Beat one or two eggs with half sliced onion, one or half green chilli, little salt and pepper and coriander leaves and fry in hot tawa flipping on both sides till cooked.
When taken with toasted breads, it makes a complete filling breakfast. Try it out with your own variations and choice.
