An awesome dessert that melts in our mouth could be none other a Flan (creme caramel pudding). Usually, vanilla extract or artificial flavours is used in most flans. Today, Let's make a delicious mouth-watering mango flavoured flan to excite your taste buds.
1 cup mango puree
1 cup cold milk
1/4 cup condensed milk
1/4 cup sugar
Step 1: In a pan, add 3 tsp of sugar and add little water and stir it until it turns golden brown.
Step 2: Pour the caramel into the mould and make sure it coats the bottom of the mould completely.
Step 3: Allow it to cool down
Step 4: In a large bowl, mix mango puree, eggs, milk and condensed milk, the required amount of sugar.
Step 5: Mix well and now filter the content in a sieve for a smooth liquid consistency.
Step 6: Now transfer this liquid to the mould slowly
Step 7: Steam for 30 minutes and use a toothpick to check when it's ready. The toothpick comes out clean.
Step 8: Refrigerate for 1 hour and then use a knife to slide it around the edges.
Step 9: Take a plate and place it on top of the mould and carefully flip it over.
Our Mango Flan is ready to be tasted!!! You can plate it with whipped cream and fresh mango puree on top.
