Juicy Grilled Chicken Breast w/ Chili sauce is a deliciously lucious meal. Grilled Chicken is delicious with less spices and acquires a distinctive roast aroma.
Grilling is often presented as an healthy alternative to cooking without oils, although the fat and juices lost by grilling can contribute to drier food. However it's up to the smart cook to turn the dish into a juicy one.

2 Chicken Breast cut vertically
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
½ tsp Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
4 tbsp Melted Butter
For Chili Sauce
1 cup Water
¼ cup Sugar
2 tbsp Vinegar
¼ tsp Salt
2 tsp finely chopped Garlic
1 tbsp Red chili flakes
1 tbsp Cornflour
Take a bowl, add lemon juice , ginger garlic paste, salt, pepper and mix well so it turns into masala paste.
then chicken breast and rub the masala paste well on both sides of the chicken and set aside for 30 minutes.
Preheat the grill pan in a medium flame and add some butter and the marinated chicken.
Cook the chicken breast on both sides, at least 10 minutes on each side.
Once the chicken turns golden brown it's ready to be served.
Take a saucepan, add water, garlic, red chili flakes, sugar, salt and place it in a medium flame and bring it to boil.
Mix the cornflour and water and make a syrup.
Now add that syrup into the saucepan and stir until thickens, there off its ready to be served along with the Juicy Grilled Chicken Breast.
