Summer is here and additionally a lockdown and the current pandemic situation doesnt permit us to indulge in our favorite ice creams at the store or at the ice creams outlets!


So what's the solution?? Yes!! Ice cream made with just two ingredients at home.

Yes, that's right: just two ingredients — and no ice cream maker needed!


What is this two magic ingredient that can be whipped into rich and silky ice cream, with no additional dairy, sweeteners, or ingredients needed whatsoever?


Indulging in this yummy homemade chocolate ice cream at the comfort of home cant be better than this.

250 grams dark chocolate chunks

300 grams fresh cream


Method


Warm the fresh cream ( may be amul fresh cream small pkt) slightly. Once warm, gently add the grated dark chocolate and stir continously till melted. Once the mixture is cooled down, whip the mixture well and pour in a container and chill it in the fridge for min 8 hours or even one day. And your yummy and silky chocolate ice cream is ready.

Top it with any of your favorite topings or any fruit slices or honey or gems and relish every spoon of this delight in this hot summer.
