  • 3 tablespoon olive oil/refined oil

  • 3 tablespoon minced fresh ginger

  • 2 tablespoon minced garlic

  • 2 teaspoon soya sauce

  • 4 skinless chicken legs

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon white or black pepper


  1. Preheat the grill. (10 min)

  2. Combine olive oil, ginger, garlic, and soya sauce in a medium bowl; mix until well combined .

  3. Brush sauce, using a pastry brush, on one side of the chicken, making sure the chicken is well covered.

  4. Place the sauce covered side chicken on the preheated grill, and cook it for 10 minutes, flip over and brush the sauce on the other side.

  5. Cook until the chicken is no longer pink in the centre and the surface turns reddish brown and juicy.


Remove excess sauce from the grill if it turns smoky. So it doesn't spoil the taste.
