Seasonal Fruits are one of the treasures to our taste buds. Never miss to taste it. Lets make a quick and delicious dessert without artificial colour and essence.
Step 1: Take handful of Agar Agar ( china grass) and soak in one cup of water for 20 mins.
Step 2: Now add that to a pan and boil it well till it's completely dissolved.
Step 3: Take one juicy mango and add sugar and grind it well into a paste.
Step 4: Now add it the pan and mix it well.
Step 5: Once it starts to become thicken, add half cup milk.
Step 6: Boil for 2 mins and now pour the content into the mould.
Step 7: Once its cool refrigerate for 10 mins.
Garnish with freshly chopped mangoes. Tasty Mango Agar Agar is ready to serve. 🥭🥭
