Double chocolate mousse is a yummy layers of white and dark chocolate, chilled to perfection!
A chocolate mousse is such an indulgence, so there’s nothing better than a mousse with two layers!
This recipe is really easy to make and is perfect for a special occasion. It takes a little while to set, so make this little in advance if you are expecting guests.
The required Ingredients are dark ochocolate bar, white chocolate bar, whipping cream and gelatin.
Take your required quantity of chocolate bars and melt them using a double boiler method or in a microwave seperately. Whip up around 100 to 200 ml whipping cream till soft peaks are formed. Divide the whipped cream and add the melted chocolate chunks seperately to each portion and beat well.
Melt one tablespoon of gelatin in warm water and gently add to each chocolate mixture when gelatin mix has cooled down.
In a shot glass, layer both chocolate mixture and set in the fridge for min two hours. Serve chilled.
