Fresh cream - 200ml
Chocolate - 400g
Step 1: Heat the fresh cream for 5 mins and pour the hot cream over the bowl of chopped chocolate.
Step 2: Mix it well and refrigerate this chocolate ganache for 1 hour. Now it's ready to be scooped out and made into chocolate balls.
You can dip these balls in chocolate sauce and coat them with chocolate sprinkles.
Our simple chocolate truffle is ready. Kids would love it. You can also make this with dark chocolate which is good for health and also coat them with cocoa powder.
