Choco muffin' s are healthy snack for Children's as they are loaded with protein and flavonoids of cocoa. Do try this simple dessert snack for iftar


  • 3/4 cup dark brown sugar, packed

  • 1 egg

  • 1 egg white

  • 1 tbsp oil

  • 1 tsp Baking Powder

  • 1/4 tsp Salt

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degree F.

  2. Line 12 muffin cups with paper liners.

  3. Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder, Sugar and salt.

  4. Beat the next six ingredients until combined, about 1 min.

  5. Stir in flour mixture alternately with milk until just combined. Pour batter into muffin cups.

  6. Bake 22 – 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

  7. Remove cupcakes from pan; cool on wire rack 30 min.
