  • 500gm Boneless Chicken Cubes

  • ½ Egg

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

  • 3 tbsp corn flour

  • 1 tbsp all purpose flour

  • 1 tbsp black pepper powder

  • 1 tbsp soya sauce

  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

  • Salt to taste

Tadaka /Tempering

  • 2 tbsp Sesame Oil/ Vegetable Oil

  • 1 tbsp garlic chopped

  • 1 tsp mustard seeds

  • Few Curry leaves

  • 2 red chili dried


Step 1:

  1. Take a bowl and add the chicken cubes and egg, mix it well.

  2. Add lemon juice, so it softens the chicken.

  3. Add one by one cornflour, all purpose flour,black pepper powder, soya sauce, ginger garlic paste and salt.

  4. Mix well and keep for marination for at least 15-20 mins.

  5. Then take a pan, add oil and deep fry the marinated chicken.

Step 2:

  1. For tampering add oil to the pan.

  2. In a medium to high flame add chopped garlic and cook until it turns golden yellow.

  3. Add mustard seeds, curry leaves and red chilli.

  4. Once you can smell the aroma of all flavors, turn off the stove and instantly add fried chicken into it.

Serve it hot and enjoy the delicious Indian flavored Chilli Chicken!
