  • 250 gm Prawns

  • 4 tbsp Spring Onions (Chopped)

  • 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Chopped/Paste

  • 1 tsp Sesame seeds (optional)

  • 2 tbsp Cornflour

  • 2 tbsp Oyster sauce

  • 4 tbsp Light soy Sauce

  • 1 tsp Black pepper

  • ½ cup Water

  • 2 tbsp Sesame Oil/Vegetable Oil

  • Salt to taste


  1. First, make a mixture of sauce, take a medium sized bowl, add oyster sauce, light soy sauce, black pepper, Cornflour and water and mix well.

  2. Take a pan, add some oil, add chopped Spring Onions stir until tender, add ginger garlic Chopped/Paste and stir for a while then add prawns and cook until it turns into C- Shaped.

  3. Later add the mixture of sauce and Salt, stir well until thicken for 2-3 minutes.

  4. Turn off the stove and serve hot hot with white rice and some Thyme/Parsley to garnish.

Note: Clean the prawns and cut off the head and the tail as required.
